The Balakovo SF’s Physical Testing Laboratory performs quality inspection of its products for the determination of a number of properties: specimen aging, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation at failure, uniform elongation, elongation at full maximum force, cold bending through 180, 90 degrees, extensional bending, impact strength (KCU, KCV) with a temperature from +20 to -85°C, Rockwell and Brinell hardness, and sediment tests.

Analysis and specimen preparation are carried out using the state-of-the-art laboratory equipment of the world's leading manufacturers such as INSTRON, PowerMet, JET, LAUDA, etc. This allows the Balakovo SF to guarantee the consistent quality of all products.
