Balakovo SF is to build a cargo berth

Balakovo SF began construction of a cargo berth with a total length of 401.9 meters in 2021.

Berthing facilities are used to handle scrap metal, to ship finished metal products and to receive large-tonnage equipment.

Berthing facilities will allow Balakovo SF to expand their delivery geography and to increase the amount of scrap received for further production.
