Following the annual ceremony of the district Awards & Recognition Board renewal, the name of Balakovo SF's employee – Piotr Ardashev, Power Equipment Repairman, appeared there

Mr. Piotr Alekseevich has been working at the factory since 2011. He has been constantly modernizing production and teaching new personnel. He suggested a number of innovative ideas that have been successfully implemented at Balakovo SF.

For example, in 2018, he made a design and produced a pneumatic injection vacuum cleaner for dust removal in order to improve working conditions — this improved the equipment output and efficiency and resulted in less cleaning time required. This design now enables cleaning in a zone where portable electric receivers are prohibited.

In 2019, Piotr Alekseevich proposed and installed fluoroplast hoses on the gas-oxygen cutting machine — this increased the equipment durability and resulted in 70% less unscheduled downtime.

During the ceremony, Piotr Ardashev said that he represents a team of people whose merits have been recognized through him — after all, even the most competent professional cannot ensure operation of such a big factory as the Balakovo SF, alone.
