Balakovo Polytechnic Technical School started a new "Metal Forming" discipline

The program was prepared in cooperation with the Balakovo Steel Factory.

The factory and the technical school did a lot of preparation work to attract students for a new program: they organized Doors Open Days and career guidance work, and they made special booklets. Thus, 25 students were enrolled in the training program in 2021.

Within the framework of cooperation, the Balakovo Technical School and the Balakovo Steel Factory will teach middle-level specialists.

"The company intends to teach students as part of academic and industrial practice, as well as to give all the knowledge and experience to them. Thus, the students will start working at the factory right after they graduate. Balakovo is a home to industrial companies. We're making our town reach a branch new level. Our steel factory is pleased to work with BTS. This cooperation is aimed at the prospect of increasing jobs for Balakovo residents, as well as with the aim of expanding production," said Nikolai Ligus, First Deputy General Director of Balakovo SF.
